Glamglow - Thirsty Mud Review

Sunday, October 25, 2015

Happy Sunday! Currently blogging from under the duvet... ah bliss!

So lately my skin has been pretty crap. Not sure if it's the change in weather, London pollution, stress or a combination of all of these things! But, I've been trying to pamper my skin more regularly to hopefully help it recover, and I'm loving this face mask from Glamglow to help do the job!

This was another purchase from the States this summer. Sephora is really good for stocking up on your most loved faves, but equally as good for discovering new products.

This mask is especially good as it is a super hydrating mud, for really 'thirsty skin'. I usually turn to this little miracle pot when my skin is feeling limp and needs a good and proper pick me up. I tend to apply this after a good cleanse in the evening. I put this mask on and let it sit for 10-20 minutes. Then, depending on how I feel I will either wipe of with a muslin cloth and warm water. Or for those really bad skin days, I wipe off with cotton pads and massage any excess into the skin.

I'm glad I purchased this as it is a really effective face mask but feels so light and gentle on the skin. It leaves my  skin feeling soft and supple, hydrated and like it has been given a new lease of life. I like adding this into my skincare routine for days when you need that extra little help. It has even helped reduce some of the breakout on my face, which I didn't expect so I'm pleased with that!

I've decided I will be buying the Supermud next and discover the great properties that has to offer my skin. All the mask are tailored to provide varying results and I can't get enough of this brand right now! Stay tuned for a review and comparison post.

Have you tried any of the Galmglow masks?
