No introduction needed for this particular bit of skincare...

Everyone who is anyone has heard of the Pixi Glow Tonic, and if you haven't then where have you been?! It's ok though don't feel too bad, I'm usually the last one to jump on the bandwagon - mostly because I'm a real skeptic. I really have to research and believe in a product before I make a purchase, no matter the price.

So I'm a little late to the party, but I think the timing was right. Luckily my skin hasn't been too problematic over the years, apart from the odd spot around the time of my period it pretty much behaves. So when my skin recently broke out it was a horrible feeling, and if the spots weren't bad enough, as a result once they had calmed down I was left with scars.

I needed something that would get my skin looking and feeling healthy again. So it was time for me to reach for the Pixi Glow Tonic which I have only ever heard raving reviews about. This toner boasts   properties to help firm, tone, tighten skin for a healthier look and feel by eliminating dead skin cells. It is alcohol free and suitable for normal to dry skin. The Glycolic Acid in this toner really kicks the skin into shape by being strong enough to make a visible difference, without being harmful.

I have been using this toner after my cleansing routine three to four times a week. However I feel I will reduce this to maybe two to three times a week once my skin has fully recovered. After using it for a couple of months and I honestly can say I have seen a visible difference to the look and feel of my skin. Combined with a good cleansing routine, the toner works to give an extra boost to making my skin feel it's best, and the scars look less aggressive. It's a win in my books!

Have you tried this yet? What do you think of it?
